Masala Puri

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vikram Mills Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Hing
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • Salt according to taste 
  • Oil

Recipe

  • Combine 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, ½ Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Chilli Powder, ¼ Tsp Oil, and salt in a bowl and knead into a dough using water.
  • Divide the dough into balls and flatten it out in a circular shape using a circular roll.
  • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the puris until golden brown.
  • Serve the Masala Puris with chutney or curd.

Whole Wheat Uttapam

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Oats Flour
  • ¼ cup Vikram Mills Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
  • 2 Tsp Besan
  • 2 Tsp Vikram Mills Sooji
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • a pinch of Baking Soda
  • Salt to taste
  • ¼ Tsp Oil
  • ¼ cup chopped Onions
  • ¼ cup chopped Tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped Capsicum
  • 1 Tsp chopped Green Chillies
  • 2 Tsp coriander leaves (Dhania)

Recipe

  • Combine ½ cup Oats Flour, ¼ cup Whole Wheat Flour, 2 Tsp Besan, 2 Tsp Sooji, and ½ cup water in a bowl and mix well.
  • Cover it with a lid and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Add 1 Tsp Lemon Juice, a pinch of Baking Soda, 5 Tsp Water, and Salt. Mix well.
  • Heat a non-stick Tawa.
  • Pour the mixture into the Tawa and spread in a circular motion.
  • Sprinkle chopped ¼ cup Onions, ¼ cup Tomatoes, ¼ cup Capsicum, 1 Tsp Green Chillies, and 2 Tsp Dhania.
  • Pour 1 Tsp oil on it and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve with Chutney.

Ribbon Sev

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Besan
  • ¼ cup Vikram Mills Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
  • ¼ cup Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tsp Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Hing
  • ¾ Tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Recipe

  • Combine all the ingredients mentioned above in a bowl, mix well, and knead into a dough using enough water.
  • Grease the dough with oil and flatten it out in ribbon shapes.
  • Put the ribbon Sev on a grease baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Cool the Sev and break it into half.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Masala Khakhra

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Vikram Mills Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds (Til)
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tsp Chilli Powder
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Recipe

  • Combine all the above-stated ingredients and knead it into a dough using water. 
  • Divide the dough into balls.
  • Flatten it out in circular shapes.
  • Heat the non-stick Tawa. Place the Khakhra on it. 
  • Cook on both sides properly with the help of a muslin cloth.
  • Allow the Khakhras to cool completely and store them in an airtight container for later use. 

Namakpara

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
  • ¼ Tsp Cumin Seeds (jeera)
  • 1 cup Refined Oil
  • 1 Tsp Ghee
  • Salt to taste

Recipe

  • Combine ¼ Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1 Tsp Ghee, and salt to taste in a bowl. Knead it into a dough using water. 
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes while covering with a lid.
  • Make balls and flatten them out.
  • Trim from four sides to get a square shape.
  • Cut it into diamond shapes.
  • Arrange all the cut shapes in a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  • Keep aside to cool.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Eggless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vikram Mills Maida
  • 3 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • ¾ cup Sugar 
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Sunflower Oil 
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe

  • Sieve 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 3 tsp Cocoa Powder, ½ tsp Baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. 
  • Meanwhile, in another pan, stir together ¾ cup Sugar and 1 cup Water. 
  • Now add ¼ cup Oil, 1 tsp Lemon Juice, and ½ tsp Vanilla Extract. 
  • Mix well and add the sieved ingredients to the mixture mentioned above. 
  • Whisk well to leave no lumps in the mixture. 
  • Add the mixture to a baking pan greased well with oil. 
  • Bake the mixture in a preheated oven at 200° C for 35-40 minutes. 
  • To check if it’s baked properly, poke the cake with a toothpick.
