The delivered products, as per the invoice, are eligible for return in case of the following conditions as stated below.

a. Quality Issue - 

if a customer complains of any quality-related issue, the product/s can be picked up from his shop or the customer can send them back to our address subject to the following conditions as follow:

  1. A complaint must be received from the customer's site within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product/s for all 50 Kg bags (loose products).
  2. A complaint must be received from the customer's site within 15 days from the date of delivery of the fancy bags (10 Kg and 5 Kg of PP Fresh Chakki Atta, 500 g of Maida, Sooji, Rawa, and Dalia).

b. Packaging Issue - 

if a customer complains of any packaging defect, the products can be picked up from his shop or the customer can send them back to our address subject to the following conditions as follows:

  1. A complaint must be received from the customer's site within 48 hours from the time of delivery of the product/s for all types of products.
  2. The receipt will be issued against every valid return and handed over to the customers. The receipt will have all the details of the returned products such as items, quantity, weight, date of delivery, etc. The returned products will be tested in the laboratory of the Vikram Mills for quality issues as told by the customer. After testing, if no quality issue is found in the product/s, the customer will be informed about this with a valid report. In that case, the customer will have to pay the transportation charges (both ways) against the returned products (per point number 1 above).

 

Note: In any circumstance, no complaint will be entertained and no product will be returned after 7 days in case of loose products and 15 days in case of fancy products (as specified under points number a and b above).

 

  1. Any product purchased during clearance sales, discount offers, or any scheme, promotion, contest, etc., will not be eligible for return/replacement.
  2. All items must be returned unworn, and in a good condition. Please be careful when trying items at home, do not stain them in any way, as stained items cannot be returned/replaced. Once an item has been altered in any way, this product can no longer be returned/replaced.
  3. Please do not damage/alter/change labels, images, bags/packing, colors, any written matter, or any part of the product/s, as for a refund/replacement to be valid the products must be sent back to us with original/actual packs, intact. Failure to do so may result in your return being sent back.
  4. If items being returned are not in good condition, then we reserve the right to send them back to you. The same applies to soiled, altered, or damaged items in any manner as mentioned in point number 3.
  5. In case of a genuine fault (packing quality issue or product quality issue) as per our Return/replace policy, we will replace the product without additional charges.
  6. We want you to be extremely happy with your purchase. Your unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the order date. Please note that items received after 10 days of the order date will only be eligible for an exchange. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
  7. All Items must be in new and unused condition.
  8. All items must be in original packaging, have all tags attached, and include all instructions.
  9. Gift cards and gift wrapping costs are not refundable.
  10. The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable where the customer wants to change his order after the dispatch.
  11. In case of refund/ return, there will be no refund of the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
  12. Please allow 7 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you. We request you to kindly send all exchanges or returns via traceable couriers and intimate us of their tracking numbers.
  13. We request our customers not to accept any couriers in damaged conditions. If you find that your item is damaged upon receiving the order, please let us know immediately and we will send you a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
  14. Used items or opened items with missing tags, instructions, original packing, etc. will not be accepted in any circumstances and no claims for exchange will be entertained.
  15. First of all you need to send an email to customer service for any return request. It has to be approved first from our end. Once approved, we will let you know about the replacement of the product/s via email or phone call.
  16. Don't return any item without the approval email from us as this won't be accepted. You need to raise the return request within 7 days of receiving your product.
  17. Please note that any items returned without a proper email with all the details of the product/s to be replaced, cannot be considered for replacement. When you return the item, we strongly recommend you use a trackable service so that you can check the status. Neither Vikram Mills nor any third-party supplier can be held responsible for returned items that go missing in transit.

How to send the returns?

You must send an email to enquiry@vrfmills.com with details of products to be replaced.

If you have any questions or queries you can contact our customer support at 844 844 8436, we shall assist you on how to have the product sent back to us.

The replacement can take place anytime within 10 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

When you return items back, please send a copy of the invoice with goods, so we can process the returns/replacement easily. Failure to enclose the invoice with the returned goods will result in us being unable to establish from whom the items are being returned from, meaning we will be unable to process the refund/replacement.

Once the goods reach our facility physical verification takes place to check for any defects and to check the tags and labels.

On the completion of physical verification of goods, the refund/replacement is initiated.

We will not refund the customs duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.

Damaged Items:

We check each item before it is sent to you for any damage in the products. However, if you receive an item that you deem faulty, please email us at enquiry@vrfmills.com, with your order number, item code, and information about the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your item.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. A majority of our items are hand embroidered and handcrafted and therefore are fragile items.Over time embroidery may get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault as this is due to the nature of the work.
