Jalebi

  • Add 1 cup sugar and ½ cup water to a bowl.
  • Boil it well.
  • Pour 1 Tsp of Lemon Juice, a pinch of Saffron, and Cardamom. Set aside.
  • Now add 2 cups of Vikram Mills Maida, 1 cup of Cornflour, and a pinch of Turmeric.
  • Add Curd, ¼ cup Water.
  • Make the batter thin and whisk properly.
  • Now, heat Oil on a Kadai for deep frying.
  • Make jalebi by pouring the batter from a sauce bottle. 
  • Fry until crisp.
  • Now, pour the jalebis into the sugar syrup.
  • Serve!

Pyaaz Pakoda

  • Now add ⅛ Tsp Hing, ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder, ¼ Tsp Turmeric and ½ Tsp Garam Masala. Mix well.
  • Add the mashed potatoes and add salt according to taste.
  • Spread the potato masala on the bread. 
  • Cover with another slice of bread.
  • Cut it diagonally.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and deep fry the Pakoras while dipping in Besan batter. 
  • Fry until brown.
  • Serve with Chutney!
